we accept BTC only for faster transaction and no personal needed for both customers and us.

-shipping schedule is Monday-Friday ONLY

-orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after payment (Saturdays and Sundays included)

-we ship orders via USPS

-big orders can/will be shipped in multiple boxes

-delivery speed will depend on USPS’ service

-tracking number/s will be provided

an order that hasn’t been completed and packed by our team can be cancelled. refund will be issued after our operations team confirmed that the order has been disregarded.

it’s normal for some injectable gear to crystalize in low temperature.

 

 

to revive gear, put the vial/s in a heat resistant container, slowly pour boiling water in the container, make sure the water level is only until the vial bottle’s neck –water shouldn’t reach the very top to avoid water coming inside the vial– leave it for 5-7mins. allow to cool before using and store in a room temperature.

Policy

-it will be given if we aren’t able to produce the product that caused the refund request.

-refund issuance can be considered if request is sent within 7 days after order’s shipment, refund request sent after the said time frame will be disregarded.

-damaged product/s in transit wont be replaced, we cant be accountable on how USPS handle packages.

-replacement can happen on injectable oils only — oils can sometimes have flakes like texture inside especially on cold weather, if soaking the vial in hot water for 5-7 minutes doesnt remove the flakes, email us at sales@biogeneticsusa.com and attach photo of the product that needs replacement.

resend can happen if :

-we sent you wrong product/s

-we mistyped the provided address

 

*double check your address before placing an order, if provided address upon checkout is incorrect, no resend will be done.

we dont do returns. if a package was lost in transit and shows as “Returned to Sender” on USPS tracking site, it is considered as a lost package, return addresses on the boxes are made up which means no order will return to our warehouse.

 

tracking numbers are provided, if the package is looks like heading in a wrong direction, contact usps and inquire about it.
