I read your resend and replacements policies. I wanted to make sure that if a order is placed and it is lost in the mail, Its never received the tracking shows its never been received . the tracking never showed any movement at all. after a reasonable amount of time a resend will be issued ? I placed almost a 2000 dollar order in September with IA an the tracking never even left the Philippians . N I’m still fighting to get a resend while I’ve had to order from other sites in china and had no issues with receiving items with in a 2 week window. If something is lost in the mail . Will your company resend after a duration of time
Hello Percy Hutchins, yes we will arrange a resend as soon as we can if a package shows as undelivered on USPS tracking site. We have shipped a great number of orders and thankfully not one package has been lost, as long as provided shipping address is correct we are positive that USPS delivery staff will be able to deliver your package.
